1. Where is your jewellery made?
Our jewellery is made in Indonesia by a small, women-led manufacturing business. We are proud to partner with artisans who are committed to fair work practices, ensuring that every piece is crafted in an environment that respects workers' rights and values their craft. Our manufacturing partner follows ethical standards for wages and working hours, and they source high-quality, responsibly sourced materials to minimise environmental impact. Each piece is handcrafted with care, blending traditional techniques with modern design.

2. Are your designs original?
Yes, all Monizi pieces are exclusive and designed in-house. Our designs are proprietary, meaning they are unique to Monizi. Each piece is a result of careful design and attention to detail, inspired by bossa nova and the natural beauty of simplicity.

3. What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials, including gold vermeil and sterling silver. You can find more details on our Materials page.

4. How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your Monizi pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, lotions, and perfumes, and store them in a soft pouch. For detailed care instructions, visit our Jewellery Care page.

5. How do I know my ring size?
We offer rings in sizes 5, 6, 7, and 8. You can find a detailed ring size guide on our Ring Size Guide page or order our Ring Sizer to measure at home. If your size isn’t available, let us know — we’ll try our best to accommodate it in future collections.

6. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia only, but international shipping is coming soon! Find more details on our Shipping & Delivery page. If you would like us to ship to your country, please let us know by emailing us at info@monizi.co or sending us a message through our social channels.

7. What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Visit our Returns page for more details.

8. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, our jewellery is nickel-free and made with sterling silver and gold, making it safe for sensitive skin.

9. Will my jewellery tarnish?
Gold vermeil is resistant to tarnishing, but like all precious metals, it can naturally develop a patina over time. Proper care, such as keeping your pieces dry and storing them in a jewellery pouch, will help maintain their shine.
