Monizi Return & Refund Policy

At Monizi, we craft jewellery designed to be cherished every day. We want you to adore your pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about our return and refund process.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • In the original Monizi packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to our team before sending it back.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Our jewellery is crafted with the utmost care, but if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind; instead, we provide store credit or an exchange.
  • If your item is deemed faulty or incorrect, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Email us at info@monizi.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide instructions.
  3. Securely package your item and send it back to us.
  4. Once received, we’ll process your return within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
